# Manage Your Workspace

Organize your forms, responses, destinations, and team members in a shared workspace.

### Understand workspaces

A workspace is where your team’s forms and related resources are kept. Forms, responses, destinations, domains, and workspace settings are managed separately for each workspace.

You can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them without signing out.

### Create a workspace

If your account does not have a workspace yet, Rooks will ask you to create one when you sign in.

To create an additional workspace, select the current workspace name at the top of Rooks, then **Create workspace** and enter a **Workspace name**. Select **Create workspace**.

You become the **Owner** of any workspace you create. An account can belong to up to five active workspaces.

### Switch between workspaces

To open another workspace select the current workspace name at the top of Rooks, then select the workspace you want to open.

Select **See all workspaces** to view every workspace you can access.

### Update workspace details

Owners and Admins can update a workspace’s details, open the workspace Settings using the :gear: icon and click the **Settings** tab. From here you can update the **Workspace name** or **Address**. The **Workspace slug** identifies the workspace in Rooks and cannot be edited.

Make sure to **Save changes**!

### Delete a workspace

Only a workspace Owner can delete the workspace.

1. Open **Workspace settings** using the :gear: icon.
2. Select the **Settings** tab.
3. Find **Delete workspace** under **Danger zone**.
4. Select **Delete workspace**, then confirm by selecting **Delete**.

{% hint style="danger" icon="hand" %}
Deleting a workspace is permanent and removes access for all workspace members. The workspace cannot be recovered after deletion, so make sure you have saved anything your team needs before continuing.
{% endhint %}
