# Download Response Data

Export response information from Rooks as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, reporting tools, or other systems.

### Download responses

You can download the entire current page or select specific responses from that page.

1. Apply any filters or sorting you want.
2. Choose how many responses to display, up to **50**.
3. To download specific responses, select the checkbox beside each one. Otherwise, leave the responses unselected.
4. Select:
   * **Download selected** to export only the selected responses.
   * **Download page** to export every response on the current page.
5. Open the downloaded ZIP file to access the CSV.

Downloads are limited to the current page, with a maximum of **50 responses at a time**.
{% endhint %}

### What the CSV includes

The CSV contains one row for each downloaded response. It includes:

* The responder’s unique ID
* The submission date and time
* Whether the response was completed
* The answers recorded for each form question

If a response contains an uploaded file, the exported data will contain a link to that file rather than embedding the file itself.

### Download limitations

Keep the following limitations in mind:

* A single download can contain no more than **50 responses**.
* **Download page** exports only the current page of results.
* **Download selected** exports only selected responses from the current page.
* There is no option to export every page or every matching response in one action.
* To export more than 50 responses, download each page separately and combine the CSV files afterward.
* Partial responses are included only when **Show partial responses** is active.
* Archived responses are included only while viewing archived responses.
* The downloaded file is a ZIP archive containing the CSV.

Response exports may contain sensitive information. Store and share downloaded files according to your organization’s data-handling requirements.
